Hi, I'm Erica Yu. Nice to meet you!
I grew up in China and was fortunate to experience different cultures early in life. My academic journey took me from China to Hong Kong, and then to the U.S.
I began my career in strategy consulting with global organizations including McKinsey & Company and Deloitte Consulting, and later worked in the technology industry focusing on cloud and AI strategy.
Along the way, I had the privilege of working with many remarkable women - intelligent, driven, and deeply committed to their career, family and ambitions.
I witnessed their success, but also saw the quiet struggles: moments of exhaustion, self-doubt, and pressure of balancing multiple roles while wondering what the next chapter of life should look like.
